Film- og TV-festivalen for Barents-regionen "Northern Character" ble nylig arrangert i Murmansk for tredje gang av den russiske TV-kanalen TV21.
Jeg vet at flere nettsteder opplyser at festivalen ble arrangert for andre gang, men siden jeg selv har vært på denne festivalen i både 2007 og 2008, så må det vel bety at årets festival er den tredje i rekken.
